Student room in Kampar, Perak

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) didn't provide student hostel in the campus. Most of the students rent their room at the residential area nearby UTAR named Westlake. Lately, because of high demand for room, many new houses are growing in that area. The typical design of the Westlake house is a triple storey terrace house with different design and there are not cheap to rent. The reason they build a triple storey is to earn more from same piece of land. As a student, sometimes you won't like to stay in crowded and noisy place like in Westlake.
